How to delete your account and what happens to your data.
How to delete your account
Open Settings, scroll to the account section and choose to delete your account. Deletion is free and does not require you to contact us.
What deletion does
- • Your profile is removed from discovery immediately.
- • Your Single Signal is switched off and location data is cleared.
- • Say Hi requests, connections and crossed paths are removed.
- • Your profile details are anonymised.
What we may keep
We may retain a limited record where we are required to for safety, legal or accounting reasons — for example a record relating to a serious safety report.
Subscriptions
Cancel your subscription before deleting your account so that no further renewal is taken.
