Creator Partner Terms
The agreement between approved creators and Who is Single?.
Draft wording. This document should be reviewed by a qualified legal professional before public launch.
Applying
Anyone may apply to the Who is Single? Creator Partner Programme. Approval is not automatic: every application is reviewed, and we may decline, pause or end a partnership at any time.
Your link and code
Approved creators receive a unique referral link and creator code issued by us. Codes and links must not be sold, transferred or listed on coupon or voucher sites without our written permission.
Disclosure
You must clearly disclose the commercial relationship whenever you promote Who is Single? — for example "Ad" or "Partnered with Who is Single?".
Hidden advertising, misleading endorsements and claims we have not approved are not permitted and may end the partnership.
How referrals count
A referral only becomes a successful referral once the referred member has completed identity verification.
- • Self-referrals do not count.
- • Duplicate, test, deleted and fraudulent accounts do not count.
- • Under-18 attempts and failed verifications do not count.
- • A new member has one attributable referral source for the attribution period we set.
- • Referrals suspected of abuse may be placed under review.
Offers and benefits
Follower offers and creator membership benefits are set by Who is Single? and can change. Nothing is guaranteed, and no offer exists unless we have configured and published it.
The programme currently rewards creators through membership benefits. Cash commission is not part of the programme at this time.
Creator status is not dating access
Being a creator does not verify you, unlock discovery, make you visible nearby, grant a membership or bypass the launch gate. To use Who is Single? as a member you register and verify like everybody else.
Ending a partnership
Either side may end the partnership at any time. On ending, your link and code stop working and no further benefits accrue.
