Memberships
Who is Single? offers a Free membership, Who is Single?+ and Who is Single? VIP.
What free always includes
Verification, your profile, Single Signal, seeing verified singles nearby, Say Hi, mutual connections and one introductory message per connection.
Billing periods
Paid memberships are available on monthly and annual billing periods. Longer periods cost less per month.
Automatic renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
Cancelling
Cancel any time in Membership settings. You keep paid features until the end of the period you have paid for.
After a subscription ends
Your account returns to Free. We do not delete your profile, your connections or your conversations — free limits simply apply again.
Changing plan
You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect through our payment provider's standard proration rules.
Refunds
Where consumer law gives you a refund right, that right applies. Contact us and we will handle it in line with the law.
Payment security
Payments are handled by our payment provider. We never collect or store raw card details.
Safety is never paid for
Blocking, reporting, verification, the Safety Centre, location privacy, pausing discovery, turning Single Signal off, managing blocked accounts and deleting your account are free for everyone, always.
